Set in the heart of the Arkansas Ozark Mountains, we have created one of the most unique locations in the country for arts and crafts. The area is nationally known for its breathtaking fall foliage and beautiful scenic highways.
Visitors can enjoy incredible views of the Ozark Mountains
and surrounding forest while traveling the Pig Trail National Scenic Byway.

The Ole Applegate Place Arts & Crafts Festival is host to hundreds of exhibitors
from all around the nation.  This juried & judged event features artists and craftsmen working with a variety of media including: painting, ceramics, fiber arts, jewelry, gourmet food & wine, wood, metal, photography, sculpture, graphic arts, and more.
Up to $5,000 in cash prizes will be awarded to select winners in each category of arts. Come experience fantastic displays and beautiful hand done works by some of the best local, regional, and national artists. 

In addition to a shopping experience like no other, guests can access hiking trails, waterfalls, fishing lakes, live music, horse carriage rides, delicious food, and much more. We invite you to take part in this amazing festival tradition at the Ole Applegate Place Arts & Crafts Festival.
